Weed or Booze

Restaurant owner Ted Kindos must choose between weed or booze. Four years ago he asked a marijuana smoker to step away from his door. The man was not happy he sued Kindos, complain that his Marijuana was medical and that it helped dull his pain. They came to a settlement that he put up a sign saying weed smokers are welcome. The problem with that is another government agency asked him to take down the sign or he could lose his liquor license, because alcohol and a substance such as Marijuana can not be mixed or offered at the same place. Kindos is now in a very tough spot, either he lose his liquor license or be known as the guy who hates handicapped people. The case is being reviewed this summer.

I think this is ridiculous that Kindos was sued for asking a guy to move out the way of his door. I mean if he is blocking the door no matter what he is doing the owner of the place can kindly ask him to leave. As for the threat of losing his liqour license, terrible. Can the government make up there mind, do they want him to welcome Marijuana smokers or not. If so they can not say, "You listened to us, now we are going to take away your liqour license for doing what we told you". Our government is just really out of it right now.
